Brad has successfully led high-profile and high-risk strategy and implementation initiatives across a range of domains, with a keen focus on enhancing business growth in fast-changing political and policy environments. Doug’s 30 years of experience in IT & Strategy consulting coupled with enterprise program delivery and CIO-level roles means he’s uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between business and technology teams. He is a business development and generalist consulting and finance leader with over 20 years’ experience providing strategy, operations, corporate finance, and implementation support to clients across diverse industries. He has been a key player in driving large-scale organizational transformation initiatives for some of Canada’s biggest banks and insurance companies. He is passionate about incorporating execution and change management thinking in engagements as a way to drive tangible, real-world results.
