We provide a unique program that helps kick-start your career in consulting.
Known as the Optimus Accelerator program, we introduce recent graduates into consulting through entry-level positions in our proposals, business development, and administration functions.
Individuals in these roles get an opportunity to work closely with colleagues of all levels across the organization, including members of our executive leadership team as well as our CEO, and actively contribute to the success of the business at the ground level. In addition to getting a comprehensive view of the various lines of business, participants in the Accelerator program are provided with on the job learning that will prepare them for their consulting careers. This includes hands-on experience with project delivery, stakeholder management and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of how we approach consulting differently.
Employees that are hired into the program generally have 1-2 years of working experience in an office environment, or have recently graduated from an undergraduate program.
For individuals who have recently completed their MBA with relevant work experience, we offer a direct route into consulting at our Associate level. Working closely with seasoned consultants, individuals are quickly acclimatized to consulting and are provided with opportunities to hone their skills on a variety of client engagements.
For more information on either of these programs, please connect with us directly, or contact the careers office at your school.
