We’re pleased to share that Paul Gallucci has joined Optimus SBR’s executive leadership team as Senior Partner, Strategic Growth.

As a key member of our leadership team, Paul will focus on deepening client relationships, building new connections in the market and helping Optimus develop the capabilities clients need as their priorities evolve. This includes supporting the firm’s response to growing client needs related to artificial intelligence, data modernization and large-scale business and technology change.

Paul brings more than 25 years of consulting and advisory experience supporting organizations through complex change. He has held executive roles at CGI and EY and, most recently, served as President and Managing Director of Wipro Canada. His experience will complement the expertise across Optimus and strengthen how the firm brings together strategic insight and hands-on execution.
