A healthy workplace is not built in a single moment. It is built in the everyday choices that shape how people feel, connect, lead, rest, and show up for one another. Being recognized as one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness reflects a culture where mental health is not a side conversation but part of how we work.
This recognition reflects the mental wellness supports our people have helped build. Through our Health & Wellness Committee, employees drive education, resources, and initiatives that reduce stigma, strengthen awareness, and help people recognize when someone around them may need support and respond with care.
It feels especially meaningful during Mental Health Month, as the committee has been bringing our team together through activities focused on connection, movement, creativity, and everyday wellbeing. From coffee chats and walk-and-talk lunches to wellness bingo, a step challenge, hobby corner, and fresh snacks, these moments have been a great reminder that mental wellness is supported in many small but important ways.
That support extends beyond programs and conversations into the way we make space for people to recharge. Optimus Days give every employee 12 company-wide, pre-scheduled days off per year, over and above regular vacation, to unplug, reset, or handle what matters most without needing to explain why.
Optimus Days are one part of a broader picture. From how we structure benefits to how managers check in, from company-wide learning to one-on-one conversation, mental wellness at Optimus is not a single initiative but something woven into the way we work.
Being named one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness is a recognition we are proud of, and one more reflection of the culture our people build every day.
