A cornerstone of this approach is the Optimus Accelerator Program designed to help recent graduates transition confidently into consulting careers. As an entry-level role, it offers hands-on exposure to the business. Participants work alongside teammates at all levels, including senior leaders, members of the executive team, and our CEO, gaining insight into how strategic decisions are made and how impact is delivered.
Accelerator Program participants are embedded in real work from the beginning. They contribute to client engagements, support internal initiatives, and build core consulting skills while learning directly from experienced professionals. Through mentorship, structured development, and regular feedback, the program creates a strong foundation for long-term career growth.

About Best Workplaces™ for Young Talent
Optimus SBR received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for the 2026 list of Best Workplaces™ for Young Talent, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past year, must have at least 50 employees under 35 years of age complete the survey, and must have at minimum 90% agreement with the statement “People are treated fairly regardless of their age”.
